Outside Sales Representative (Memphis, TN)

Our client Redeemers Group, is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to their team. Redeemers Group has been a leader in the foundation, crawl space, waterproofing and concrete repair industry for over 15 years. They work to change people's lives by improving their homes, making them safe and structurally sound. They aim to create remarkable experiences for, both, their customers and their employees; to redefine what is expected of a contractor.

• Lucrative Earning Potential: 100% commission opportunity, with the ability to earn $80,000-$120,000 (in your first year).

What You'll Do:

• Travel to customers' homes to run pre-scheduled appointments and present them with a quote that day.
• Build rapport with customers and communicate with them throughout the inspection process.
• Close sales while also impacting homeowners' lives by solving the most serious issues with their home.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong listening, closing and follow-up skills.
• The ability to read, speak and write in English.
• A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• The ability to travel across west Tennessee, east Arkansas and northern Mississippi a few times per month; all travel is planned out in advance.
