What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evasion and Conduct after Capture (ECAC) Instructors position at FSCX, Inc?
SERE Instructors are responsible to conduct all aspects of the USAF course S-V88-A on Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, near San Antonio, TX
Evasion and Conduct after Capture (ECAC) to include:
· Academic classroom instruction on Evasion and Conduct after Capture
· Laboratory and operational instruction on Escape and Evasion
· Conduct after Capture role play instruction and associated debriefs
Requirement: Secret Clearance
ECAC Instructor Qualifications:
· Graduate of USAF SERE Specialist Training, course S-V81A, or have worked as an instructor trainer within the SV88AL course or a SERE Level-C Course.
or
· Graduate of SERE Level-C course and at least 2 years formal instruction experience in a SERE Level-course or the SV88AL course.
or
· Possess suitable related experience to provide a core of full spectrum evasion and conduct after capture training instructors. Experience may include classroom, demonstration/performance and role-play instruction and operational/instructional experience using small unit tactics.
All instructors must possess and maintain:
- Physical, mental and emotional fitness and conditioning necessary to deliver ECAC training
- High personal standards, technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material
- Familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U.S. Air Force, military rank/grade structure; knowledge of Air Force and military terminology
