What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial worker position at FSC LLC?
Overview
Seeking hard workers 18 years old or older willing to do basic cleaning. The hours will be at or after 3pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, should take about 2 hours. This position starts immediately. The job will be basic cleaning of offices, hallways, breakrooms and bathrooms in an office type environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
- Support custodial operations by managing waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for staff and visitors.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or porter roles demonstrates your ability to handle diverse cleaning tasks efficiently.
