Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations
• Assist clients in designing custom solutions that meet their specifications and preferences
• Present and demonstrate products effectively to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing, ensuring a seamless experience
• Collaborate with team members to develop new design ideas and improve existing offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all displays are attractive and up-to-date
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Creative design skills, including proficiency in relevant design software or tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs effectively
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities effectively

Pay: From $69,000.00 per year
