Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support including case file maintenance, data entry, and correspondence drafting.
- Answers incoming inquiries regarding case-related status information.
- Maintains electronic case management systems.
- Prepares standard legal forms and prints reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of administrative or legal support experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow directions.
- Fully capable of reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
