Work Schedule
- Day Shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
- Evening Shifts: Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 5:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m.
Position Summary
The Doorman is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and secure environment at the building entrance. This role involves greeting visitors, monitoring entry and exit activity, assisting tenants and guests, and ensuring the overall safety and cleanliness of the entrance area. The ideal candidate is courteous, reliable, and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese. English proficiency is not required but is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and delivery personnel in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.
- Assist tenants with opening doors, carrying packages, and handling deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Coordinate with building management and security in case of emergencies or unusual situations.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Keep the lobby and entrance area clean and organized.
- Record and report any incidents, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, conduct, and operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a doorman, concierge, or security personnel preferred but not required.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese required.
- English proficiency is not required but would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as carrying packages or opening doors.

Compensation and Benefits
