Position Overview
The Membership Experience & Sales Associate is the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll be the first and last impression for every guest, providing exceptional service, driving membership growth, and cultivating lasting relationships with our community. This role combines hospitality, sales, and studio operations to ensure every client feels seen, supported, and excited to return.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Conversions
- Drive new membership sales, class packs, and trial conversions through studio tours, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Understand and communicate all membership options, class formats, and promotions with confidence.
- Member Experience
- Greet and check in members with warmth, professionalism, and energy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Create a personal touch — remember names, celebrate milestones, and build connections.
- Studio Operations
- Support front desk duties including opening/closing tasks, managing schedules, and tracking attendance.
- Assist instructors and management with class transitions, events, and community activations.
- Monitor product and merchandise inventory; assist with retail sales.
- Community Engagement
- Represent the brand at local events, collaborations, and outreach initiatives.
- Engage with members on social media and promote studio happenings with enthusiasm.
- Embody the FS8 culture and values in every interaction.
- Must be willing to be in media, instagram and Facebook.
Qualifications
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community.
- Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexible schedule — availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
