The Opportunity

Are you a fitness enthusiast with a magnetic personality? As we prepare for our Spring/Summer 2026 opening, FS8 Mechanicsburg is looking for part-time instructors to join our founding team.

FS8 is a "3-in-1" fitness remix of Pilates, Tone, and Yoga. It’s high-energy, low-impact, and science-backed. If you love movement and have been looking for the right entry point into the boutique fitness industry—or a fresh, world-class brand to add to your coaching repertoire—this is it.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Remix: Coach high-energy group sessions using the signature FS8 method
• Coach with Precision: Provide clear form cues and modifications so members of all levels feel successful and safe. FS8 provides the workouts—you provide the coaching and the energy!
• Build the Vibe: Foster a welcoming environment that makes our Mechanicsburg members excited to return
• Commit to Growth: Complete the FS8 certification process and stay curious about improving your coaching craft
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• The Foundation: Entry-level knowledge of Pilates and a passion for functional fitness. This is a perfect fit for fitness instructors who want to learn the art of teaching Pilates
• The "It" Factor: A confident, engaging presence and the ability to command a room with positive energy
• Coachable Mindset: A strong willingness to learn the FS8 system and become a certified instructor through our internal training
