Salary Range: $135,000-$145,000
Project Start Date: July 1, 2026
Project Duration: 24 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation functional testing and verification of building systems to ensure they meet design intent and performance criteria
- Review design documents and specifications to anticipate potential issues and contribute to quality assurance
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to schedule and conduct commissioning activities
- Document commissioning results, prepare detailed reports, and track resolution of any deficiencies
- Provide training and support to building operators on system functionality and maintenance requirements
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, codes, and sustainability requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 20 years of experience in building commissioning or related field
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE Guideline 0, 1.1, and 202
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work independently
- CXA Certification or equivalent certification required
