About the Position: Serves as Garrison Resource Management Officer, with authority and responsibility to direct, coordinate, and provide advice and assistance to the Garrison Commander and staff for resource management activities.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
