As a Robot Teleoperator, you will join FS Studio in partnership with cutting-edge tech clients. You’ll be at the forefront of AI research, operating advanced robots using VR technology and precision control systems to collect high-quality data for next-generation robotics.
This is a real-time, shift-based operations role. Each robot is operated by a dynamic 2-person team (Operator & Observer/Reset Operator) who rotate roles to ensure smooth performance, high quality, and zero machine downtime. Think of it as precision gaming meets hands-on tech operations!

🌟 What You’ll Do
- Robot Teleoperation: Operate and control advanced robots using VR headsets, haptic gloves, dual-analog controllers, and multi-monitor setups.
- Data Collection & Annotation: Execute precise manipulation tasks to collect, label, organize, and upload high-quality datasets for AI models.
- Troubleshooting & Documentation: Log shift activity, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and report software/hardware issues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (1–2 years out of high school or some college coursework preferred).
- Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background or interest in tech, gaming, or computer systems.
- Experience with console/PC gaming or multi-monitor setups.
- Prior experience in shift-based or operational environments.
