What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpet Cleaner/Operations manager position at Fry's Carpet Cleaning?
This role is a blend of operations and being a carpet cleaning technician. Using our mobile CRM, you would see your schedule, set up your van accordingly and then complete the jobs. The type of work ranges from residential to commercial and includes carpet cleaning other floor maintenance services. Training for this position will be provided as well as all tools to complete each job. I’m listing this position as part-time because there are some weeks that are slow and some weeks that much busier as we continue to grow.
Part of the compensation package for this position would include profit sharing.
The ideal candidate would be a driven self-starter with strong communication skills.
Drivers license required.
