What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at FRY REGLET CORPORATION?
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Design and update marketing collateral including product brochures, sell sheets, catalogs, trade show materials, presentations, and more
- Lay out and produce print-ready documents using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Support the development of digital assets including website graphics, email layouts and related, and digital ads
- Coordinate with vendors and printers to package print jobs and ensure quality production of physical materials and approve payments
- Manage and organize digital asset libraries (logos, photography, templates, fonts)
- Create and manage visual content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), including static posts, story graphics, and promotional banners — and assist with scheduling and posting
- Assist in the creation of short-form video content for social media and internal use (a plus, not required)
- Collaborate with the marketing team, product managers, and sales staff to understand project needs and deliver on time
- Other related duties as required or requested.
Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or relevant freelance work)
- Working proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital work
- Hands-on experience managing and posting social media content, not just designing it is preferred but not required
- Experience with 3D render software is preferred but not required
- Experience with short-from video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with building products, construction, or a related industry is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Repeat the same movements.
- At times it is dusty due to the manufacturing aspect.
