Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hourly Rate:
$18.00-$19.00
In this role, you’ll be one of the first voices our patients hear. You’ll help answer calls, schedule appointments, update patient information, process phone payments, and support our teams by keeping schedules organized and patients taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with a positive, professional attitude
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments as needed
- Help keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Post credit card payments received by phone
- Monitor schedules and communicate updates or concerns with the team
- Provide backup support for patient care needs, including initial exam calls and insurance needs

- Comfortable using phones, computers, and practice management software
- A team player who can also work independently in a remote setting

This is a remote, non-exempt position supporting our orthodontic practice and patient care teams. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
