Responsibilities:
- Follow policies, procedures, safe work practices, Health and Safety standards, Food Safety and Quality standards, and use of PPE
- Report near misses/incidents/accidents resulting in personal injury or property damage
- Proper handling of finished product totes and raw materials, adhering to safety conditions
- Receive finished product from Production and organize finished goods warehouse
- Staging finished products for shipping to customers
- Be in compliance with Food Safety & Quality policies and procedures
- Receiving raw materials and packaging, verifying batch numbers and quantities are correct and recorded
- Receive and organize empty Totes for CIP
- Understand Production Schedule and needs. Support Production of needed materials and other assistance
- Follow FIFO or FEFO requirements for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products and ensure storage requirements are met
- Provide assistance to the Logistics Manager with stocking & inventories of internal and external warehouses
- All other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Shipping / Receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Licensed to drive forklifts and experience using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and walkies
- Knowledge of GMPs preferred
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.; be able to stand, bend, lift, twist, and turn for extended periods of time
- Work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Must be safety and quality conscious
- Must be available for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Flexibility is required due to business needs; advanced notice will be given

- 8-hour shift

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
