Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Salary: $85,280 - $104,000 PRN/ON CALL

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Duties and Responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:
- Administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
- Administers tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
- Provides direct clinincal treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
- May participate with home assessments, simulated or actual as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment along with PT/OT as needed.
- Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the state of California.
