SUMMARY
The Manager will ensure the equipment, facility, and grounds are safe, well-maintained in accordance with all current federal,
state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. This position is responsible for and accountable for maintaining physical
plant and essential mechanical electrical and resident care equipment in a safe operating condition. Manage maintenance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Supervisory: Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, development and performance of facilities maintenance staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), College degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years environmental services/housekeeping management experience required.
