GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Master Operator Trainer will be required to train on all food processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This position will require versatility in learning how to operate multiple pieces of equipment and to be able to effectively cross train others how to operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner. The master operator trainer will produce food products meeting all federal, state and customer requirements, regulations, and specifications. Follows established company policies and procedures.

WORK EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the ingredient, beverage or food processing industry
- Equipment operating experience
- Good reading, writing and verbal skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Forklift operating skills
- Ability to be flexible and improvise work assignments when needed
- Must be available to work rotating shifts.
- Must be able to work different shift changes wherever coverage is needed.
- Willingness to fill-in for other operators in the event of a pre-arranged/non-pre-arranged absence
Efficiently navigates databases, cloud platforms, and internal systems to complete tasks.
Maintains accuracy and attention to detail when working with digital files, data entry, and online systems.
Adapts to new tech processes and tools to improve efficiency and productivity
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent or higher.
