Operating Partner

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operating Partner with opportunity to have profit sharing and to lead and oversee the growth, operational excellence, and strategic direction of our two ice cream and street snack locations. This pivotal role requires an experienced leader with a passion for driving business success through innovative management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making. As an Operating Partner, you will work closely with ownership to optimize operations, develop scalable strategies, and foster high-performing teams that deliver sustainable results. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader eager to influence multiple locations and shape their future trajectory of a brand that is ready to grow. Spanish language is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process across two locations, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and market opportunities.
• Oversee operational management, including process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and operational risk mitigation to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with ownership to develop and execute growth strategies, including new business development and market expansion efforts.
• Manage budgets, including financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and product development to foster cohesive execution of company initiatives.
• Mentor and develop supervisory teams to enhance their management capabilities, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making processes and continuously improve operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven management experience with a strong background in business management, operational oversight, and team leadership in the restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated success in strategic management, project management, and process improvement within complex organizations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively.
• Financial management experience including budgeting, financial analysis, and budget oversight.
• Strong background in business development, negotiations, and driving operational growth initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through change management processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in leveraging analytics for strategic decision-making and operational enhancements.
