What are the responsibilities and job description for the Turret Driver position at Fruit of the Loom, Inc.?
This position operates an electric Turret lift in the facility’s Warehouse and Partial Pallet area.
Trucks employ the use of RF scanning equipment for proper identification of storage and retrieval
destinations. This position may also operate high bay or stock picker trucks.

Trucks employ the use of RF scanning equipment for proper identification of storage and retrieval
destinations. This position may also operate high bay or stock picker trucks.
- Drive electric powered Turret lift equipped with lifting devices to push, pull, lift and stack materials in and out of warehouse bin locations or reserve storage locations.
- Obtains pallets, scans pallet label, stores pallets in assigned bin locations and then scans the bin location.
- Obtains stock from bin location and transports stock to forklift driver for transportation to shipping staging area.
- Completes daily Turret service form for routine maintenance or malfunctions.
- 3 months of work experience driving motorized material handling equipment.
- Must pass written and driving exam with 80 hours of observation in order to obtain lift license. Basic math skills
