Specific Responsibilities
HR Program & Operations Support
- Actively support day‑to‑day HR operations across multiple HR disciplines, contributing to deliverables that directly impact employees and leaders.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications that strengthen culture and employee experience.
- Support compensation and benefits activities including data preparation, audits, communication support, and process documentation while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support HR reporting, data validation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in a career in Human Resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort learning HR systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
