Our team of Cellphone/Electronics Repair Technicians keep our customers connected by repairing their mobile devices. You’ll work inside a retail store and be the face of Fruit Fixer's in-store operations team delivering our award-winning personalized customer resolution experience.

What will you do?
- Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by fixing phones, tablets and other consumer electronics by determining the most effective repair method.
- Engage with and reassure customers to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Meet or exceed key performance objectives including service and repair metrics.
- Perform various inventory tasks such as counting and monitoring inventory levels.
- Demonstrate Fruit Fixer's Core Values in all interactions.
This job is hourly salary profit-sharing. Base hourly is $13.00 - $16.00 per hour, plus profit sharing and tips!
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and in turn creating promoters of the brand
- Assist customers from initial check in process all the way through to the completion of their repair
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
- Provide additional recommendations for accessory up-selling
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Fruit Fixer quality standards
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive work environment
- Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor, ensuring that you are always committed to converting the phone call to a store visit
- Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
- Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store

Minimum requirements:
1 year of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to learn new, required skills to ensure the best possible customer experience, we will train on electronic/cell phone repair
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to keep your composure when faced with multiple deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Reliable transportation
