Fruge Seafood Company is seeking a driven, customer-focused Inside Sales / Account Manager to help support and grow business across multiple markets. What You’ll Do
- Manage and support existing customer accounts through consistent communication and exceptional service
- Accurately process customer orders and coordinate follow-through across departments
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, research, marketing efforts, and relationship-building
- Grow sales within existing accounts through menu reviews, product recommendations, upselling opportunities, and pricing negotiations
- Support Outside Sales Representatives in executing both short- and long-term sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, vendors, co-workers, and industry partners
- Coordinate closely with sales reps and delivery drivers to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth
- Maintain strong working knowledge of company products, pricing structures, and service offerings
- Evaluate and implement marketing and promotional opportunities for customers and prospects
- Learn and consistently execute company processes and procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and strong communication in all business interactions
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous success in customer service, inside sales, or account management
- Foodservice, hospitality, seafood, or restaurant industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Persistent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional demeanor both over the phone and in person
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate across departments
- Dependable transportation and clean driving record required
