Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a protected sales territory.
- Build long-term relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, contractors, plumbers, property managers, facility managers, municipalities, and commercial accounts.
- Generate new referral partners through daily prospecting and networking.
- Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and customer visits.
- Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up systems.
- Work closely with operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Become the trusted resource within your assigned territory.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restoration - construction or outside B2B industry experience
- Existing relationships within the insurance restoration industry
- Proven track record of business development and territory growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
