Are you an experienced presser who takes pride in producing beautifully finished garments? FRSTeam by Cappy’s is seeking a skilled garment presser with experience pressing silks and wools to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Professionally press and finish garments, with a focus on silks, wools, and delicate fabrics.
- Select the appropriate temperature, steam, pressure, and finishing techniques for each fabric.
- Operate garment presses, irons, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate state of the art press free finisher (Steam Tunnel)
- Inspect garments to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Work with the team to meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Previous professional garment-pressing experience required, specifically with silks and wools.
- Knowledge of fabric care and proper pressing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work well with others.
