We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. The Production Manager must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.
General Duties And Responsibilities
The FRSTeam brand spans the US and Canada with over 50 locations serving the fabric restoration and electronic cleaning needs for families devastated by a smoke, fire, or water loss. We are the industry leader in providing this unique service. Our most important and valuable resource is the employee. We are a family-owned and oriented business. This position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with great customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Required experience: manager, supervisor, warehouse: 3 years
Compensation: $23.50 - $28.50 per hour

General Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory, emergency orders, and quality control
- Manage people resources, storage, supplies, equipment maintenance, plant organization, vehicle maintenance
- Supervise production labor
- Support the professional growth and development of staff
- Responsible for hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
- Review, follow-up billings and handle customer escalations
- Reports directly to VP
- Additional reasonable duties as assigned
- Professional communication skills, people-oriented and highly organized.
- Clean driving record and background.
- Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Spanish Speaking a plus
- Well Groomed and Great communicator
