What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Machine Operators position at Frozen Specialties, Inc.?

We are seeking long term, reliable, and hardworking 2nd shift employees who can work overtime and weekends as needed per company needs.
Positions available:
- Demaco Operator
- Matrix Operator
- Relief Operator
- Cheese/Meat
Demaco extruder operator:
Be capable of assembly and disassembly of the co-extruder. Must be capable of using basic hand tools. Will be responsible for maintaining dough consisticency and must be capable of understanding dough manufacturing. Will be responsibility to mix slurry and make adjustments to its flow. Will direct utilities on mixing of slurry and filling of meat hoppers. Will start-up and secure fryers on a daily basis. Will maintain oil levels in the fryers and be responsible for the set-up of the fryer oil strainers on a daily basis. Must be capable of using machine interface touch screens to make changes to equipment set points. Must be willing to work overtime that is required for set-up and shut down.
Fill-Prep operator:
Employee must be capable to utilize production/processing formulation paperwork. Will be required to operate a forklift. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Be capable of maintaining records of raw material usage and product specifications. Direct utilities as need in the production of filling for bite production. Be capable of assembly and disassembly of equipment. Must be willing to work overtime necessary for start up of area.
Matrix Bagger operator:
Employee will be responsible for set-up and teardown of this equipment for start-up and clean up. Must be capable of replacing rolls of film. Be capable of making adjustments to the controls on the matrix and scale to ensure proper weights and bag seals. Must make changes to the bag coder, metal detector and check weigher. Must have basic computer knowledge to change the case codes. Must be able to direct needed utilities for this line in regards to hand packing, re-work and set-up.
We are hiring production workers to start immediately.
- Must pass all pre-employment screening
- Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- This is a 75- to 90-day temp to hire position
