Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Manager dry-blend or powdered-food manufacturing environment and will dry-blend or powdered-food manufacturing environment and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all QA/QC functions, including incoming raw material inspections, in-process checks, and finished product release.
Maintain and continuously improve BRC, Kosher, and Halal certification programs.
Develop and enforce HACCP, GMP, Allergen, and Sanitation SOPs.
Manage product testing, micro sampling, and third-party lab coordination.
Lead audits and coordinate with regulatory and customer audits.
Investigate non-conformances and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Work closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure formula consistency and compliance.
Train and mentor QA staff and production personnel on quality standards and best practices.
Review and approve COAs, batch records, and QA documentation for release.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing (preferably dry mix, beverage, or nutraceutical).
Strong knowledge of FSMA, GMPs, HACCP, and BRC or SQF systems.
Experience with SAP, ERP, or digital QA tracking systems preferred.
Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
