As a AT&T Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in our direct sales operations, engaging with customers and driving sales on the front lines. Please note, this is not a remote job and requires your presence on-site to effectively engage with our clientele and products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer detailed explanations and demonstrations of product features and benefits
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Manage financial transactions at the cash register and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit card information
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, pricing, and promotions
• Assist in the stocking and organization of merchandise to ensure a clean and efficient shopping environment
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Participate in marketing events and promotions to maximize brand visibility
• Handle customer issues and concerns in a manner that preserves the company’s reputation
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts
