Job Overview
FrostFit Cryo is a wellness-focused cryotherapy studio specializing in cryoslimming, pain and performance support, muscle toning, and lymphatic drainage. We are not a medspa—we are a fitness and recovery-based wellness center.
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Body Contouring Technician to join our team! This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
Schedule:
- Afternoon/evening hours
- Two Saturdays per month
We're looking for someone who is:
- Personable and passionate about building lasting client relationships
- Comfortable educating clients and upselling packages
- Knowledgeable in health, fitness, or wellness
- Able to work independently when needed
- Experienced in body contouring and/or cryotherapy (preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate)
- Familiar with Vagaro (a plus)
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Delivering an exceptional client experience
- Client outreach and follow-up
- Social media engagement
- Maintaining a clean, professional office environment
- Business development and community outreach
- Administrative tasks and scheduling
Compensation:
Competitive base pay plus tips and monthly performance bonuses.
