Who You Are
As a User Experience Designer II at Frost, you are our experience champion. You will design and implement innovative and user-centric software application interfaces that effectively optimize consumer experience within Frost applications. What You’ll Do
- Conduct and utilize usability studies, customer interviews, focus groups, and competitive benchmarking to positively impact software design decisions
- Create high-level user flows, wireframes, site maps, and prototypes to ensure that design concepts being implemented are user-friendly across organizational platforms
- Resolve complex technical and business issues related to the implementation of new web projects to maximize workflow efficiency
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Interaction Design, Information Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of Interaction Design work experience
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, or other prototyping software
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Ability to create simple user experiences within a complex environment
- An online/PDF portfolio
- Experience with Apple and Android products
- Financial services experience
- Experience with HTML and CSS
