Who You Are
As a Special Assets Officer with Frost, you will be responsible managing a portfolio of adversely graded loans. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with our signature all-win approach in mind.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and review each assigned loan to determine the proper collection actions that needs to be taken
- Monitor the financial conditions of borrowers
- Keep in contact with attorneys regarding legal issues
- Develop and implement collection strategies
- Collect payments and liquidate collateral
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Bachelor's Degree - Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 3 years of experience in Credit Administration, Loan Review, or Lending
