What You’ll Do
- Analyze charged off loans to determine the most effective method for maximizing financial recovery
- Negotiate with customers or their representatives to establish repayment terms
- Monitor adherence to terms of repayment terms to ensure resolution
- Support legal department by providing delinquency information in preparation of lawsuits
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated knowledge of loan recovery or workout functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Computer Applications
- Experience in credit operations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
