Who You Are
As an Imaging Specialist with Frost, you are our quality control. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of imaging and ensuring accuracy of all files. You are a self-starter and take the initiative to efficiently prepare and process all documents to be scanned or imported to ensuring high quality control. Serving as a mentor is your passion and you enjoy having the responsibility of training less tenured staff members.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and process all documents to be scanned or imported by achieving quality control
- Index documents after they have been scanned
- Researches and corrects any errors found during the scanning or prepping phases
- Communicate with other specialists to ensure the exactness and integrity of images
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Loan documentation experience
- Time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- SHAW Loan System experience
- Working knowledge of back office loan imaging systems
