In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all wire requests follow established guidelines and procedures. You’ll answer inbound and outbound calls and enjoy providing next-level customer service to every individual you interact with. What You’ll Do
- Review wire transfer agreements to ensure that customer documents are accurately completed and that wire transfer services are properly executed
- Input confidential data into wire system to verify that customers can safely and securely initiate wire transfer instructions
- Provide maintenance to customer accounts to certify that the wire system can operate efficiently
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls pertaining to wire agreement documents
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- 1 years of Funds Transfer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- 2-4 years of banking experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
