As a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist I, you are our loan experience champion. You’ll be responsible for preparing commercial loan and lease documentation in accordance with approved memoranda to ensure proper lien completion and compliance. You’ll use your analytical skills, inquisitive mind, and detail-orientated approach to check for accuracy and stay up to date on laws and regulations to best serve our organization and customers. What You’ll Do
- Prepare Commercial Loan/Lease documents using specific approved loan terms that comply with internal bank policies and procedures as well as regulatory and legal requirements
- Research various systems and sources to collect and verify information on commercial entity structure
- Coordinate with Loan Officers and Assistants to compile required information for loan packages
- Discuss complex loan packages with in-house counsel and upper management
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Self-starter
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of work while meeting deadlines
- Multi-task oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Experience in Commercial Banking
- Experience in Commercial Loan and/or Lease documentation
