Sales Associates are responsible for greeting and assisting customers in selecting and purchasing retail goods. As part of the Retail Team you will also work to fufilll online orders, help out with production assembly work and cleaning upkeep in the retail store.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

· Assess customer needs and provide information on product features

· Maintain retail store by consistent cleaning, tidying, and organizing displays

· Communicate with customers via e-mail, phone, and in-person

· Able to access and navigate the production and retail facility

· Work in a fast-paced environment

· Improve your processes and yourself each day

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible, Mon - Sat, weekend availability required.

Experience:

· Previous customer service experience

· Computer experience and aptitude
