What you’ll do: Help to develop and maintain investment policies and procedures Prepare reports and presentations to senior management Design workflow and process strategies to improve business performance Stay current with industry developments and regulations Work with other departments, such as risk management and compliance, to ensure that policies and procedures align with company objectives and regulatory requirements Always take action using Integrity, caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field 4 years of experience in investment research, analysis or due diligence Knowledge of investment products and markets Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
