Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Crew Lead/Foreman to oversee metal building construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of construction workers, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Coordinate daily construction activities, including site setup, material delivery, and task sequencing for optimal workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, daily reports, and safety records.
- Conduct safety inspections in compliance with OSHA regulations; enforce safety protocols consistently across the site.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and schedule adjustments as needed.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors; coordinate deliveries and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building or steel structure projects.
- Supervising experience leading crews in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6 or Primavera; experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and regulations; ability to enforce safety practices effectively.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to read plans accurately and interpret technical drawings for installation procedures.
- Construction site experience demonstrating competence in managing large-scale projects from inception through completion.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
