Duties
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the custom print manufacturing process, from raw material intake to final product delivery
- Develop and implement production schedules that optimize workflow, minimize waste, and meet delivery deadlines
- Supervise and motivate a diverse team of operators, technicians, and quality assurance personnel to achieve excellence in craftsmanship
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations across all operations
- Collaborate with design, sales, and logistics teams to translate customer specifications into efficient manufacturing plans
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity rates, defect levels, and equipment uptime to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain detailed documentation of production activities, inspections, and compliance records to support audits and process enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience managing manufacturing operations within a print or related production environment
- Strong knowledge of printing technologies
