The Houston, Texas office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of litigation experience
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to reside and serve the Houston, Texas market
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $220,000-$235,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly objective bonus
