What you'll do:
- Understand employee and customer needs and deliver innovative solutions that create world class experiences
- Collect, track, and take action on metrics aimed at improving customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and operational effectiveness
- Align portfolio priorities with enterprise strategy, customer outcomes, risk management expectations, and Frost's long-term vision
- Lead cross-functional Centers of Excellence for successful execution
- Ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 8 years' experience in product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or related business experience
- Advanced understanding of digital products, enterprise payments, financial services operations, and customer experience strategy
- Expert knowledge in leading a team
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience w/ Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with digital technologies, including online, phone, and tablet
