Who you are: As a Funds Transfer Team Leader, you are our subject matter expert! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting a Operations Supervisor in overseeing and supporting the daily activities of funds transfer personnel. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all wire requests follow established guidelines and procedures. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to provide guidance and assistance with complex wires issues. You are passionate about people and can’t wait to motivate staff and promote teamwork. What you’ll do: Oversee and support day to day production activities including scheduling work and assigning special projects within the organization Effectively interpret policies and procedures to lead and mentor a team of Fund transfer specialist, Facilitate training programs to align with organizational policies Assist with complex issues/requests, Document and maintain department policies and procedures Develop and maintain training material for new and existing team members to enhance funds transfer processes Support the department supervisor, acting as a backup resource, while also taking responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of reports for management Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: 2 years of Funds Transfer experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Time management skills Ability to exercise independent judgement and employ basic reasoning skills Ability to work well under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications Additional Preferred Skills: 4-6 years of banking experience Customer Service experience Bilingual (English and Spanish) Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
