- Keep the Harmony: You’ll handle the "Staff News" and weekly updates, ensuring everyone is in the loop and feels heard.
- Maintain the Standard: Through methodical checklists and organized inventory, you ensure the shop is always ready to serve the best possible products to our neighbors.
- A People Person: You have a natural gift for building positive, productive relationships with employees, vendors, and guests alike.
- Experienced Guide: You have 2 years in retail/food service and at least 1 year of experience leading and supporting a team.
- Clear Communicator: You can share information and respond to questions with patience, clarity, and warmth.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "getting it right," from the accuracy of a label to the precision of a custom order drawing.
- The Essentials: You’re comfortable with standard software (Google Drive/Dropbox), can lift 50 lbs, and are ready to support the team during our busy weekends and holidays.
