Responsibilities
- Perform automotive body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, grinding, and alignment
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint, clear coat, and finishes using spray equipment in accordance with manufacturer and safety standards
- Match and mix paint colors to meet specifications and ensrure consistent, high-quality finishes
- Inspect completed body and paint work to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with company standards
- Identify and correct paint defects such as runs, sags, fisheyes, and surface imperfections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper handling of hazardous materials
- Follow all safty procedures, environmental regulations, and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with assembly and inspeciton teams to ensure vehicles meet production and delivery schedules
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as an automotive body and/or paint technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair technician, paint systems, and finishing processes
- Ability to safely an afficiently operate body shop and paint equipment tools and spray systems
- Must successfully pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and write clearly in English
- Experience in a manufacturing or commercial vehicle environment is a plus
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- PTO : 2 weeks vacation, sick time, 10 holidays, sick time and personal time

Salary : $29 - $32
