Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice - CNA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospice care and be able to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Assist with end-of-life care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Experience working in hospice care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
