**Role Description**

The Territory Safety Lead (TSL) serves as the safety champion within a BURG, working collaboratively with craft, project, and operations teams to integrate safety at all levels. This role is responsible for developing and executing BURG-specific safety plans, overseeing training programs, and managing incident response. The Territory Safety Lead plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, customer engagement, and continuous improvement of safety practices across projects.

**Ke** **y Responsibilities**

• **BURG Safety Planning & Execution**: Develop and implement a BURG-specific safety plan in collaboration with the Area Lead, addressing local safety priorities and initiatives. Develop execution plans with Operations Leaders and Operations Managers, securing stakeholder buy-in. Track and report on safety initiative progress to key stakeholders.
• **Project Safety Engagement**: Participate in the Project Execution Process (PEP) to validate site-specific safety plans and drive action plans for implementation. Develop and implement site observation plans. Share key observations and performance updates in TSL Performance Calls. Develop management strategies for inclement weather and other environmental safety concerns. Communicate Lithko's safety program and incident management approach to customers to align expectations.
• **Safety Training & Development**: Lead and coordinate all safety training efforts within t he BURG, ensuring trainers are equipped to deliver effective programs. Maintain training records and address gaps based on identified safety priorities.
• **Incident & Risk Management**: Manage all aspects of incident response, workers' compensation claims, OSHA interactions, and customer safety visits in coordination with the Risk COE. Execute incident response protocols, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up action plans. Manage OSHA visits and execute protocols for regulatory interactions. Support return-to-work efforts by monitoring injured coworkers' recovery plans and maintaining provider relationships.
• **Regulatory Compliance & Continuous Improvement**: Stay up to date on local, state, and federal safety regulations, integrating compliance measures into BURG safety processes.
  
  

**Qualifications**

• Capable of walking and traversing a jobsite at all hours.
• Holds OSHA 30 Certification
• Compensation
• The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $100,000 annualized. Additional compensation in the form of a vehicle allowance, profit sharing, and company benefits may also be included.
