Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage DMV paperwork, assist with financing processes, and oversee parts inventory. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DMV Processing:
  • Prepare, review, and submit vehicle registration, title transfers, and other DMV-related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Track status of submissions and resolve discrepancies or delays
  • Financing Support:
  • Assist customers and internal staff with financing applications and documentation
  • Communicate with lenders to process approvals and finalize deals
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely submission of required paperwork
  • Parts Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
  • Order parts as needed and track shipments
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Organize storage areas for efficiency and accessibility
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general office support
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in administrative, dealership, or inventory roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with DMV processes and vehicle documentation preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Environment:

  • Office-based setting with occasional interaction in service or parts areas
  • May require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and paperwork handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
