Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join our established and collaborative Hematology/Oncology outpatient clinic in Alaska. Work alongside a highly experienced Hematologist/Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, and a dedicated team of nurses, administrative staff, and a clinic manager. Practice Details
- Setting: Outpatient Oncology Clinic
- Team Composition: Partner Hematologist/Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Receptionist, and Clinic Manager
- Patient Volume:
- ~50–60 patients per week
- ~12–15 patients per day
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: None or minimal (optional to define based on actual clinic policies)
Compensation & Benefits
- $700,000 earning potential
- Incentives: Additional compensation through wRVU-based incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
- Relocation Assistance: $25,000
- CME Allowance: $5,000 annually

- 7 paid holidays
- 5 days CME leave
- Medical Doctor (MD or DO)
- Board Certified / Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Alaska
