Practice Manager
Frontline Source Group is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a client within the healthcare/dental industry. This role is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational performance of a high-performing practice. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure an exceptional patient experience, and lead a collaborative, accountable team environment.
Practice Manager Role:
The Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day operations while partnering closely with leadership to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive execution of the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and team alignment
Track and improve front office KPIs such as collections, cancellations, and payment plan performance
Facilitate coordination of care and treatment planning across providers
Serve as the main point of contact for resolving patient concerns and internal team matters
Work alongside billing and administrative teams to optimize revenue cycle processes
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory requirements
Contribute to financial reviews and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement
Oversee accounts receivable and assist with patient payment follow-up
Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply expenses to ensure cost control
Leadership & Performance
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback
Cultivate a team-oriented, positive, and accountable work environment
Align staff with organizational objectives and long-term direction

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Prior experience in dental or healthcare practice management required
